Hotel Zenit Salento - Lecce

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a good sized bathroom. My children were thrilled to find toys in the room to play with, which was a lovely touch. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any queries or requests. The breakfast offered a wide range of options, with something for everyone. Considering the price, it was definitely good value for money.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect!

The pictures on the web site are nothing like the photos of the rooms. Our room had a little tiny tv that did not work and was very old. Finally we got the ac to work and that was the best thing of the room. We got put in a room with 4 singles which is not what I asked for and there was mold on the shower ceiling. Thankfully this hotel was only for one night.

The staff are most helpful, the manager walked us to the only restaurant open on a Sunday afternoon. Very clean, comfortable beds, 5 minutes walk to town centre. Very quiet area.

This hotel has a good location, close to the city center and just outside the historical center of the city. Guests can easily walk to the main attractions and restaurants. the comfortable rooms come with all the necessary facilities, like a hairdryer and free toiletries. the breakfast is delicious, with a varied and plentiful selection of fresh pastries and fruit.

The hotel might not be very well-connected to the public transportation system, which may make it difficult who don't have a car to get to some of the more remote places around the city.

The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Very flexible with checking in and out. The rooms were clean and comfortable and it was in walking distance to the historical centre of Lecce. It was a very pleasant stay!

Absolutely not a 4 star hotel

The breakfast buffet was quite good with a variety of options to choose from. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The location was convenient for both walking and driving, as it was close to the city center and main roads. Being able to park right outside the hotel for free was definitely a bonus!

The New Year's Eve party was subpar. The music was too loud and not varied enough to keep us entertained. The decorations were minimal and uninspiring, which made the atmosphere lackluster. Additionally, the staff seemed disinterested in making the party a success, which was disappointing. It was the worst aspect of our stay.

Hotel is about 20mins walk to town, with not alot around. Don't be put off with location. A great place if you don't mind the walk. Staff were extremely friendly, even though there was a slight language barrier.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Lecce. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome. The hotel is located in a residential area, which means it's away from the busy city center but still within walking distance. This was perfect for us as it gave us a chance to explore the local neighborhood and experience the authentic atmosphere of Lecce. The rooms were spacious and clean, and my kids were thrilled to find some toys to play with. The bathroom was also a good size, with all the necessary amenities. Another highlight was the breakfast, which offered a large selection of pastries, cereals, and even a savory corner with fresh cheeses and cold cuts. All in all, this hotel provided excellent value for money, with great service, comfortable rooms, and a delicious breakfast.

No improvements necessary, everything was just fine.

Pointless poeple complaining on here about this hotel. Its not 4 star its true but then neither is the price. Cant complain at all. Thanks to great staff.

Over Christmas, I stayed in a hotel located only 15-20 minutes from the city center with great amenities. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast offered delicious fresh pastries and fantastic coffee. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area and attractions.

The hotel lacked some desired aspects such as a communal lounge or gathering area for guests to socialize. despite the hotel's proximity to the city center and main attractions, there was some noticeable street noise during the night which disrupted my sleep.

Location

It is definitely not a four star hotel. It looks like two star or eventually week three star hotel. Towels (or better table cloths) and sheets were yellow. And the price corresponds to a four star hotel. It is not fair that you show one picture on the web site and then sell completely different thing!!! It is very disappointing...

The staff and the room are impeccable.
